The originality of the POSEIDON steam boiler station lies in its mobility. In addition, POSEIDON can be rented and put into operation at virtually any location in the shortest possible time. The boiler station uses a steam boiler, supplied with a diesel or gas burner and automatic control and safety devices. This is a vertical water tube boiler with a small volume of water, so it only takes 3-5 minutes to get the boiler from cold to working.
In addition to the plant automation, we provide a boiler station automation cabinet with a GSM modem for emergency information. In addition, the boiler station is supplied with a control panel with an audible alarm for installation in a room with permanent service personnel.
The boiler station is equipped with a booster pump and a treatment plant, after which the water is fed to a deaerator and a 1.8 m3 treated water storage tank. There is also a condensate return pipe to the tank.
In addition to the boiler's built-in minimum pressure protection, there is a warning and alarm for the minimum level of the water reserve tank.
A steam line is connected to the tank to heat and partially deaerate the water. The reagents for chemical deaeration and pH correction are then dosed. The water is then pumped to the boiler by the feed pump.
Combustion air is drawn from the boiler room by the burner fan, and the flue gases are exhausted through the chimney. A safety thermostat is installed at the boiler outlet. If the flue gas temperature exceeds the set temperature, the boiler is automatically switched off. This indicates insufficient heat removal due to lime scale or soot deposits inside the boiler.
The boiler is equipped with an automatic purge system based on the salt content sensor. A periodic purge shall be performed at least once a day.
The boiler station is equipped with a sample cooler and a mobile laboratory for water quality analyses.
GC "Olimp Energy" steam boiler stations have a high degree of mobility. This allows customers to use the modular block steam boiler stations for rent not only as a primary heat source, but also in emergency situations where an additional heat source is required.
Steam boiler stations are in great demand in the food and chemical industry, pharmaceutical and medical production, oil and gas production, geological exploration, concrete and asphalt plants and the pulp and paper industry.
Steam boiler stations are also quite commonly used to heat fuel oil and other fuels and lubricants in winter, car washes, hotels, cleaning companies, to disinfect glassware and equipment, and industrial laundries.
